Before any crane, forklift, or loader is offered to our clients, our mechanical engineers execute a comprehensive multi-point checklist.
Powertrain & Engine
Engine compression check, oil pressure stability, exhaust inspection, cooling system performance, and starter diagnostics.
Hydraulics & Pressure
Main pump pressure testing, valve block response, cylinder seals, hoses, and outrigger/mast stability under static holding load.
Structural & Chassis
Ultrasonic/visual inspection of booms, mast channels, chassis frames, counterweights, and welds for cracks or fatigue.
